Application for first time buyers

If you have never purchased a puppy from us before, we need to know a little about you. We are only concerned with assuring ourselves that all our dogs go to good homes where they will be well cared for.

Once you have completed the application, here's what will happen:

1. I will call you back and conduct a telephone interview with you to answer any remaining questions I have.

3. statement of acknowledgment that you may perform additional background checks (?)
